Pretty easy class, but make sure to follow all directions on the binder checks because he will dock off points. Also he goes over the notes really fast so you might have to fill some of the notes in at home.

Make sure to listen in class and ask questions when you don't understand something because content from previous units will carry over. Make sure to study really hard for Unit 1 test even though it's not hard because if you get a good score it acts as a buffer for your other tests that won't go so well (ahem unit 3).

Mr. B. C. is by far one of the best teachers I had in high school, and I had him for two years. I can only speak for Digital Photo 1 & 2 students, and he taught both courses well. Those that complain, usually never pay attention in class and slack off almost always thinking the class is an easy A (only true for photo 2 students in my experience because we know what we're doing). So long as you listen to Mr. B. C. 's often lengthy descriptions of Photoshop tools and such, the class should be a breeze.

For AP English: Do not procrastinate and proofread all the time for MLA requirements (This is what most people get points off for unnecessarily). If you are concerned about something go during flex to ask. Ms. Benedetti is also in her classroom most of the time during lunch.

Benn's a great teacher. He make sure all his students understand the material and takes the time to explain everything. Please respect him and he will most definitely treat you with respect in return! He's my favorite teacher from Freshman year for Physics!

Super easy class. He uses a very weird grading system but as long as you do some of the extra credit each week you should get an A.

Every week, there will be a predictable pattern of three of the four days being for note-taking and one of the days being for a quiz/test. If you want to do well in the class, make genuine attempts to solve each of the questions on the warm-ups, take the in-class notes diligently, and review your (hopefully stellar) notes before each test. Even though she never checks the notes, they are helpful to review before each test, as nearly all of the concepts she covers are either in the notes or in the homework. That reminds me–don't let Slader do your homework for you, do the homework yourself! You shouldn't strictly be focusing on the correctness of each of your questions on the homework, (TA grades the homework; as long as you did it you get full credit), you should be working towards getting a thorough understanding of each concept. I would also recommend reviewing the textbook before each test and reading through the sections we cover in class and doing some practice problems in topics you don't feel as confident about. As Mrs. Ciz says before our tests, good luck!

Focuses a lot on what impact you want to make on society, and goes into eye-opening philosophical stuff. Easy class, but assignments will pile. Lots of reading logs, and we occasionally have essays. Research about Creed Presentations.

At least for seniors, English class for Mr. De Martini seems a bit easy to do well in. Your grade will stay around an A so long as you do homework and listening/speaking assignments well. This is the bulk of the work he assigns. Tests are easy, as they're based on the quizzes, which themselves are fairly easy given that students are allowed to recap lessons for a given time.

Almost all of her tests are online, and they all have an online practice test with the same types of questions, so you should get an A pretty easily, although her paper tests are pretty hard. She's notorious among students for being strict but honestly she really isn't strict at all and is pretty nice as long as you pay attention and behave properly. Class is super boring though.

He changes the test percentage to 15% final, so your grade is test category is 55% actually not 70% like he says. Most of the times the test word problems are straight from the book homework or atleast the word problems in that book for that chapter

Really easy, he allows cheat sheet but they are very time intensive to make. Some can pass his tests without them, but if you are like me you will need them to get Bs and As on his tests.

Raise your hand always, she loves those who participate and talk. She allows the right amount of seriousness and playfulness. You can speak out in class if you would like, only if it contributes to the greater good of the lesson and/or lecture. Overall, you will have a blast in this class, you will not forget her. (Also if you get into the right class with the right people, you will have a great time! )

Iggy is the best AP World teacher at American. He teaches us just what is going to be on the AP Exam. We do a lot of groupwork, and most assignments are done online. He lectures and we also take notes from the book, so keep an organized notebook/binder.

(For English 9 Honors. ) If you're expecting this class to be like JHS English Honors, you'll quickly find out how incredibly wrong you are. It's a somewhat fun class, but you did sign up for a challenge. The challenge mostly comes from rigorous grading; workload is actually not that bad. Make sure you follow directions for assignments and proofread your work. Start major assignments in advance. Last-minuting your essays is bound to result in careless errors.

Okay, so this class was a pretty unique one. Please do the assignments on time - I used to forget at times which caused my grade to be on the verge of 90% (very stressful). Easy A class, just study hard for the weekly quiz/tests. Some of the quizzes you will fail utterly, a good thing she rounds! Very sweet/funny teacher though, but can be rough is you do stupid things.

[10 H] Most of the focus should be in writing, but be sure to actually try on the classwork and homework because she grades it like a writing assignment. Tests/quizzes are super easy and you really don't need to worry about them (of course you should still study). She gives extra credit where you have to attend and write about the school plays. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND doing those because it will increase your grade by a lot, but there is a chance she might not grade it. She is notorious for not grading some assignments, which can be a good or a bad thing depending on the assignment.
