just stay on your work. i had a pretty rough time in this class but it was 100% my fault, not his. it's easy to let bigger projects get away from you when you have more time to do it, and i would do other work during class that was due more recently. read a ton of example essays, pinpoint the things you like, + apply it to your own work.

Bochnak teaches both world studies and AP hug, I've only taken his AP course but it is EXTREMLY fast paced so if you don't plan on going into a field where knowledge about trade, immigration, culture, industries, etc. is required I wouldn't recommend the class. but if you are interested in this stuff and are very willing to apply yourself its reasonably easy to do well.

Take lots of notes and try to pay attention if you struggle with math. Also, ask for help when you need it! The classroom is a safe space and there is always support around you.

This class is extremely fast-paced and hard to understand. Most kids in my class also agreed with me. I suggest taking a lot of notes and watching a lot of help videos.

The work in this class is mainly based on reading (which there is a lot of) and writing. If you are smart and can make stuff up (that sounds true) on the fly you'll never have to read a book all the way through. Dipman talks a lot and many classes are not based on content. However, this class does adequately prepare you for the AP Exam. Would definitely recommend this class to any Jones student.

The class is really interesting and is easily applicable to real life scenarios. If you're going to take this class, I'd suggest that you make flashcards and ALWAYS fill out the packets she gives you. If you keep up with the work, you'll be fine. Use your friends in the class to help you study and make sure you retain all of the information necessary for the AP test.

If you work hard when you have the chance to do work in class (which is almost every class period) you will have little to no homework, so try to use your time in class well!

The class like physics is very fast paced and I feel like the second I can grasp the idea of the material I am immediately lost. There are no study guides so I ́d advise making friends with someone in a different class and study off of thier study guides.

Some useful advice would be to ALWAYS TAKE NOTES. this class takes a good amount of note taking and just remembering is also a useful skill for this class. Nevertheless, this class teaches so much about engineering and is super useful if you ever decide to major in any type of engineering field.

try to focus on figuring out DBQ/LEQ formulas in the beginning so you don't have to worry about structure when writing your essay, the textbook is overcomplicated and talks about a ton of stuff you do not need to know so rely on jocz for chapter notes and heimler for test study stuff. the lectures he gives in-class are very important and touch on key details he might include in quizzes or tests so take detailed notes on those more than anything.

Read the chapters (or watch the videos) and have a complex understanding of the content. Often times you will hear the same speech about "if you are doing bad it is a lack of knowledge on the content". Also if you need to meet at AcLab there is usually a 5 min timer to talk so be wary about that. Be on time, class starts as soon as the bell rings (very strict about this).
