Try to participate as much as you can because that counts a lot for your grade!

Really you just need patience because there is a lot of chanting and singing and random times where you need to get up and march around the room. I loved French but the class itself made it a chore and I would get frustrated really fast. I did learn a lot and you will too if you study but it is good to have some background knowledge on Duolingo to help you succeed in this class because I know some kids were really struggling.

I <3 Madame Callan. She is one of the nicest most genuine people I know and she really wants her students to enjoy her class and learn from it.

I just wish that she would focus more on flashcards and games instead of chanting singing and marching because that just made a lot of kids dread the class. In terms of learning, we definitely learned way more than the Spanish classes. The second-year Spanish kids aren't even at the level I was after leaving French two.
