AP Lang is definitely a hard class; therefore it takes some time commitment on things like the essays to be better at. Staying on pace during class and giving best effort on every assignment will assure success in the class and the AP exam.

I would say to pay close attention in class so they don't miss the important information and make sure that they write down all the homework assignments that the teacher talks and gives.

-you need to search up "The APUSHer" which has useful for study -to study FRQs for the exam use Knowt -you have to read the book in order to do well on tests as most tests are highly based on the book -for free response questions in class try to think what the prompt could be and make a list of what you will write about if that is the prompt

Pay attention to the lessons and you'll do pretty well in any tests he gives on the subject. Creativity in individual projects is expected and rewarded. Gibbons is very transparent about how much you should care about an assignment based on its impact on your overall grade, and what you need to do in order to receive full credit on any given assignment.

Definitely easy to fall behind in this class since Physics C is a very hard class conceptually. Glynn teaches you the main ideas but it is up to you to dig deep and have true understanding of what you actually learned. Don't let the ocassional webassigns fool you, it is definitely a class that takes a lot more practice than what you do in class.

Definitely check out the material posted every week so you know how much to do before Sunday night. Granted, a lot of the times during the regular school year I did just do the weeks worth of HW the night before it was due, but still take this advice. If school is still online while you're reading this, I highly recommend breaking up the work into 1-3 assignments every day of the week. By employing this method, I was able to get the class work done by Thursday every week,

GBBE = A bit challenging of a course however extremely doable if you have a good teacher (FORSHEY). It has very interesting topics that are more modern and recent than other science classes. The labs aren't INCREDIBLE, but other than that it's great.

Had her for AP Stats, I found the class conceptually to be fairly straightforward but Loucks is definitely a tough grader and expects your answers to be as detailed as she shows in lectures. Grades somewhat harsh on tests and quizzes but her Starboard motivates you to try harder and is a confidence booster when you get an A on an assessment. The tough grading in her class does pay off on AP Prep and it is easier to do better.

Easy class, just do the assignments on Code. org and don't slack off on the create project at the end of the year. Usually you can finish everything in the first 20 minutes of class and chill the rest.

The one rule that is important to respect is the phone policy, which is pretty strict. There are a few group projects, which is great to not worry about in a math class. If you do the assignments and ask for help the tests are a piece of cake.

ANATOMY = Lots of memorization! We have lots of notes and a lot of homework but it's very doable! Second semester is lots of lab practicals and hands-on learning. Anatomy is actually really interesting and I learn a lot from it. She's funny and cheerful and nice (most of the time). BIO = I have no idea but I heard some awful things
