This class goes very fast and the actual tests are super hard as no calculators allowed and not as simple as homework problems. Plan on getting low test scores.
Don't fall behind on the homework, even if it's worth two points per assignment. You can skip problems you get stuck on, just as long as you submit that you did your work is enough. The answer keys are posted along with your assignment, but DO NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT. Do the homework, THEN check your answers, THEN submit your work onto Canvas. This ensures you learn from your mistakes and you can ask questions in class before a new lesson. What really matters is the quizzes and tests, as those are heavily weighed. You are taught the lesson in class, but if you need to reference a part of the lesson or you're absent, you can always review her videos on YouTube. She'll sometimes give free periods, but don't depend on them. You can even do homework as she teaches and she doesn't care, but obviously use her as a resource.
