AP Psychology is fun, interesting, and entertaining, especially with Middleton, but it is not easy. You will need to work for that A. Tests are on average every two weeks and multiple choice, although there are some essay exams. Pop quizzes are very common. Notes are prewritten by Middleton and you have to print them out and follow them in class. You will be expected to participate during lectures - and it counts for a grade. You'll get to do wacky things throughout the year like design a movie poster, make a personality mask, and critique film. Also at the end of the semester, the class with the highest class test average gets a donut and pizza party.
For AP Calculus: AB Put in the effort, and you'll do well. Seek help if you don't understand. Consistently review past material; they may show up on openers.
You won't be taking very many quizzes or exams, other than your finals. Rather, there will be little activities that she will have you do in class (and sometimes out of class) to assess your abilities. These range from three to ten points, usually, but you'll definitely want to put in the effort, as there aren't very many things that she puts in the gradebook. One missed assignment could potentially drastically drop your grade several percents. Participate as much as you can because she pays heavy attention to that. Maestra Quini is very approachable so if you have any questions or need help, you definitely should ask her. She will set aside time for you to meet.
AP Physics 1 is one of the easiest classes ever. Homework accounts for the majority of the grade so if you are failing this class there's not much to tell you except that you're lazy. You're going to need to do a lot of self-studying and ask questions if you want to do well on the AP test though.
