If you are taking Japanese with her, she has a very strong accent, so it may be hard to hear what she is saying in English, do not be afraid to ask her to repeat herself as she understands that she may not have the best pronunciation. Make sure you are reviewing the material outside of class to learn the language better and get ahead on the material if you can, so when she gets around to it you have a better understanding.
An amazing class. I'm in American lit and she makes my life so easy, especially being a junior. She understands that we are all people and makes sure our mental health goes before our grades. She also does not hand out tests/quizzes unless she absolutely has to by the district
