I had him for prob&stats. He's very qualified for the course. I barely passed the midterm and was about to drop the course when he helped me a lot (I stayed after class, did extra practice, PARTICIPATED!, and most importantly went to the office hours). IF you organize yourself and most importantly review before every class, you can easily have a 90% in his class. I finished with 87 on my final.

Dance 102 - If you are not good at dancing it is okay. Your grade is based on how much you try to do your best. ATTEND EVERY CLASS, if you fail to do so you will be very lost. The class is pretty easy. You warm-up for five to ten minutes until everyone arrives then you complete a thirty-minute workout (its no joke ) then you work on the routine. There will be some solo sections (mainly improv) and some group sections. There were two choreographies (hip hop and contemporary). The focus action is the only writing and is worth a lot (will be done in class). I had a lot of fun. If you try this can be easy grades.

I had Daly for Bio 2. It is a course that requires a lot of memorization. All of the notes are fill in the blanks. All the material is very well explained and he is always happy to answer any questions. He is very enthusiastic about the material. if you don't understand something, go see him right away and spend time going over your notes at the end of the week (20/30 mins).

The class was very interesting, the teacher always explains everything in detail, notes are important but don't rely on the readings too much but more on his explanations (however you still need to read the textbooks). Very fair grader. For the majority of the class, you'll be doing multiple-choice and at the end, you'll probably do an essay. Good teacher, fun class, fairly easy exams if you have good notes, 10/10 would highly recommend.

I had her for my first French class, and I retook her for my second because of how great she is. She's the sweetest and most caring/understanding teacher I've had in French. If you pay attention in class and participate promptly, you'll do amazing in her class. Ask her questions and she will do anything to help you do good in her class. I recommend her if you have some struggles in french. Good luck! :)

Take this teacher if you like learning on your own. He makes us read about 10-12 pages of material in the textbook before class, then asks questions about the reading in class. He does not explain the material unless you ask a very specific question. There is a lot of reading and you spend a lot of your free time reading the material and taking notes.

I had prof Kruger for QM and Fundamentals of Law. He manages to make QM interesting and easily underrstandable. His explanations are clear and he is a fair grader. You will not regret. As for Fundamentals of Law, I highly recommend taking it if you are planning on going to Law School. A super nice introduction to some basic law principles. I am in firsst year at UdeM and discuss some of the cases he mentions in that class. In both classes, his ppt are clear and complete and the class discussions are captivating.

Mechanics is not a difficult course to be honest, but to pass it with a high average, you should practice. Solve as many problems as you can and you'll ace this class no matter who your teacher is. Céline Lebel is one of the finest teachers of this course. She is really thoughtful and her notes are strongly useful for the final. The level of difficulty of her tests and quizzes is usually the same as the final, but she also solves more challenging questions in class (which are always given in her powerpoints). I also suggest that you purchase Mastering Physics.

Make sure to take notes constantly, especially on the labs and activities; those are always important. You don't need to do the readings, they're not on the test- save yourself the trouble. Exams are relatively easy if you study the labs and notes well enough; use her posted study guides, but if something seems too obscure to be relevant, it's probably fine to skip. Only stuff done in class is on the exam.

I took Lim for Cal 1 and Linear and he was my favorite teacher in all of CEGEP. I would say for most math classes if you do all the assigned problems and assignments you can do well.

Knowing the basic facts help a lot. His quizzes are multiple choice, so as long as you know what you're talking about, the rest is just logic. Don't stray away from the topics and follow his instructions! You'll do just fine in his class. (Make sure you're referencing your sources properly according to his desired method, that is where people mainly lost marks. )

His exams are quite hard and he does not provide supplemental practice questions for his exam (you can just study your in-class notes). He does not talk loudly so you need to seat near the board to be able to hear. Sometimes he skips steps in his explanation :((( you need to have a good and solid base of math/ logic to understand him. Overall, my grade was not the best with him ( I got 90 for CAL 1 with another teacher last year and now my current grade with him is in the 70s ).

I had this teacher for Intro to Psychology and Quantitative Methods. She's a good teacher and she's easy to understand. She always give her powerpoints. She's also caring and responds quickly to Mios. Although, don't submit things late because she might not accept it or you might be penalized.
