I had Ms. Sooch for grade 8 math and geo. Math has always been hard for me, but she helped me navigate it and was very patient. We focused a lot on integers and algebra. For geo, we would do mapping, pollution, and climate change. We'd even watch videos about how fast food restaurants get their chicken, and boy did it make me think twice about eating it again. We did an assignment about making eco-friendly living on a given space.
For Physical Education (Gym) 9, I would REALLY try to get on his good side. Actively participate in class activities. For the Health Education lessons, I would memorize all the things he tells you to write down AND take not of anything he mutters. His test questions are often off topic, with some stuff not been even taught in the lessons, so be careful. I
