Ms. Landau is Newport's gem. Her lectures are never boring and she presents the information with such enthusiasm that its hard not to be excited about Econ. She's very accessible in tutorial (since she's a leadership teacher, she stays quite late) and will even go out of her way to ask kids sitting in tutorial if they need help. You'd be lucky to have her as a teacher.
