This class was extremely memorization-based and almost entirely hinged upon retention of vocabulary and minimal grammatical structure. Speaking and writing were not especially important, except for PALS.

For Mr. Cooper's APUSH class, the material appears at first deceptively simple, but like any other AP History class, a good amount of memorization and synthesis is necessary to succeed. Students will have to learn a large amount of material and write on various subjects in long and short forms. To me, this APUSH class was easier than both AP World History and AP European History, but still required ample effort.

Dedicate some time outside of class to review the material and expect the class (AP CALC BC) to be hard, so be prepared since this is a college level course!
