Take good handwritten notes, many tests/quizzes are open note and handwriting helps memorize which is very important to learning a foreign language. Challenge yourself with assignments and actually practice in class because it will help you improve. Also Canadian French keyboard is your friend!

the pre-tests online are very helpful, especially for the culture parts. do not stress over tests they are pretty standard and if you pay attention in class you should be fine

One of my favorite teachers! She works so hard to help people learn and her assignments challenge you in the best way possible. Even though at times it can be difficult, it is very rewarding.
