I took IB Chemistry. If you are not good at math or science, do not take this class. If you're telling yourself, "I love a good challenge and I have a strong work ethic. " Who are you kidding? Don't stress yourself out unnecessarily. There were 2-3 labs overall for this class. A majority of it was comprised of calculations. The notes are not sufficient, so please look for other resources. Take GOOD notes. You're going to need them for the unit tests, trust me.

The teacher was strict and a bit arrogant. For an IB teacher, she was pretty nice though. She has a great personality but is strict when it comes to teaching. Just do your homework so you don't piss her off. homework done= happy teacher. Common sense.
