Always memorize the maps for easy 100s. Also take good notes, and listen to his stories. There is a massive map quiz at the end of the year so review all the maps frequently. Make sure to have black pens and always do the readings. He will often tell you what's important.

He is a great, and fun teacher who has tons of energy. His favorite part of history is the story. He enjoys map reviews before map quizzes, and can be impressed if you do well on the review. A great man, and always excited to tell you what he learned recently, or about his ancestry.
