Read the books assigned, but also use spark notes to help with parts you don't fully understand. Also, study for the book tests. It may seem unnecessary, but I felt that it helped me do a bit better.

Do your assigned homework pages in the textbook!! It may seem tedious, but it is good practice. Also, memorize sentences needed to respond the short answers, if it is slightly off points will be taken. Remember calculator settings! Knowing them will save you time in completing problems. Also, make sure you know the vocab for each unit!

Do the study guides for tests! It may seem unnecessary/ too easy, but it helped me get 100% on tests many times. Also, make sure you know the free response questions

While you may not have many tests except for midterms/Finals you will still be expected to record your creative thought process at the end of any project whether it be Ceramics or Jewelry. There is also a course fee to help pay for supplies so be prepared
