READ THE TEXTBOOK! To get an A in the class, please read the textbook, and do not miss ANY detail! Her test questions (all MCQs and a few FRQs) are extremely, extremely conceptual, and can throw you off guard if you didn’t study. Study the labs, articles, EVERYTHING. Do the textbook quizzes questions she gives in the website over and over again, cause HALF of the test comes from that. Make sure to complete labs on time, as most of them are due at the end of the class period; develop writing speed. She did NOT post the slides she does in class, so make sure you do all the notes. Pay attention to what she says and how she explains things.

Class of 2027
She’s a really sweet teacher, and did explain things in detail. This class was a nice experience. It changed my perspective about environmental issues and really made me think twice about the climate issues happening around the world, and how my actions may contribute to that. Additionally, you go to the wetlands every 2 weeks and do some fieldwork, I found that to be my favorite part of class because you step in nature. It’s a fun class, and I wouldn’t regret taking it.
