Ronit's 10th grade geometry class was, hmm lets see... hard. The class required a lot of memorization. There were quizzes given every week, and multiple class and homework assignments daily. Student's grades were predominantly based off of the weekly quizzes. Unlike other math classes that I have been subjected to during my high school years, this one did not offer many opportunities for extra credit. However, it did offer limited test retakes and opportunities where students could receive extra help during lunch hours. The class itself was a mix of lectures and worksheets, which is pretty typical for high school math class. I think Ronit could have incorporated more hands-on activities (especially since it was a geometry class) as the lectures and worksheets were often, with all due respect, tiring and boring, and the average student performance during the semester I attended was poor. Overall a typical high school math class. Hard and boring.
