Note: this is for her HONORS classes. -memorize everthing the day it's taught. You WILL NOT pass the tests if you cram. -Use flashcards and quizlet to help memorize -if you can recite the packet word for word, you'll do fine on the tests, but you have to understand the material and connect ideas too -there isn't a lot of outside work (whatever you don't do in class id HW) but memorizing everything will take up 100% of your time -READ THE TEXTBOOK. Every once in a while there will be something on the test that you could've only known from the textbook -get the regents review book in the beggining of the year for review for your tests -know your info inside and out -class is like a college lecture: you sit in the dark and take notes. Develope a method to keep concentrated. -If you don't like your assigned seat ask to sit somewhere else, because otherwise you will sit there for the rest of the year -don't be a class clown. She doesn't like that.
