Class of 2019
While you will learn a lot, this class starts off very fast. Assuming you came from Seven Bridges, you will probably be behind on the necessary vocab, as Bell learned much more, meaning your first month will be very difficult. However, if you put in the effort, then you will catch up. Also, make sure that you are on top of your grammar from the beginning, as it is cumulative, you will need these new tenses for the rest of the year. Finally, I suggest reviewing basic vocab such as weather and dates, as you probably have not used these very much in middle school, but they will very quickly become important.

Class of 2019
Ms. Curtis is an excellent teacher. While the class is often difficult, she is a great resource and a great teacher, as long as you allow yourself to learn. She might not be the easiest grader, but if you put in the effort, she will understand that, and you will get a decent grade.
