Just do the homework. You can skip his class, but if you do the homework, you'll 100% ace his tests because what he teaches in class isn't even remotely relevant on the exams. I'd recommend skipping every day, but...

every night review everything because he calls on people randomly. When we haven't learned a topic he ask us for answers which make us feel like a fool. each test is not specified enough. This class is the only class that I stay up very late on. It makes me want to cry T^T

Teach more material in a concise way. Having to learn from the textbook and homework makes learning anything in class pointless.
