The tests count as most of your grade, and material is barely covered and not at all practiced. That being said, write down whatever topic you learn and learn it on your own.

Algebra 2 is supposed to be a fairly easy class, as it is an introduction to mathematics. Class time/homework rarely covers half of the exam. Concepts are never taught in his class, even if asked to cover concepts.
