To be honest, the class I too with Ms. Macenulty had some thick content; I feel as if her teaching style really had most students self-studying. So go get some useful textbooks to help you study on the side. During my experience pre-pandemic, she rarely posted any slides on her google classroom. She instead prints out the google slides and has us take notes on those. Sometimes she'd forget to print out the slides or the printer wouldn't work and she would just make up hand write notes. So yeah, those extra text/workbooks will probably help you.
