Speaking/interpersonal tests and presentations are generally graded relatively leniently. She often gives tests on preterite VS imperfect, which trip a lot of people up. Homework is given usually given every night, although most of them are just generic "fill in the blank with vocab/conjugate the verb" filler sheets.

I had her in Spanish II and currently have her for Spanish IV, so I feel qualified to answer. The class is a bit repetitive at times, but that's partially due to the nature of learning a language. Also, when she gives instructions, she speaks in Spanish really fast (and you probably won't understand her), but then she repeats them in plain English, and she's pretty verbose. You'll do fine as long as you just do what's assigned.
