Ensure that you are up to date on all the readings and whenever she says something is a key term, just know it will be on your test and is great to take note of during essays. Also, she posts a lot of useful updates about history competitions or even resources which are great for you as a student

The class is a lot of fun, and she is an awesome person, but it is a hard class which is not run well. The quizzes and everything are way too abstract in my opinion, and it's hard to do well on them even if you know the material well. I'd say just make sure to talk and ask questions often (and make other people talk whenever there's a harkness and they aren't talking), and just try to get as high a grade possible on the non-quizzes, because the quizzes are graded weirdly. Also, try to take notes on paper if you can, iirc she doesn't really like people using computers that much, but if you have to, she'll of course let you.

Mrs. Kim is my favorite teacher and I love how interactive the lectures are. Also the class is really fun because she relates it to the real world
