This course if so much fun. You will learn so much about all different genres of music. McAllen focuses in on Musical Theatre and Opera but you learn about other genres as well. If you are in the FPAC Acting/Dance program, by the end of her class, you will be a great sight-reader, a well-rounded musician, and an all-around amazing performer.

She is BEST teacher I have had the pleasure of working with. She puts in SO much effort into helping her student succeed. She makes sure ALL students have the opportunity to excel. She is extremely talented and is so qualified. You learn so much in her course. There are so many performance opportunities. No matter what level vocalist you are, she will work with you and make sure you grow throughout your four years. In my opinion, the district should give her a voice major in FPAC because she would run it so well. She probably the best teacher in all of Howell High School and she should be celebrated for her work. Other teachers should definitely learn from her!
