If you are taking Mr. McInerney's Law in Society class, I advise you to really pay attention to what he is saying and the subject matter he is teaching about. He rarely gives out tests and when he does, he lets you use any notes that you took on a piece of paper. He will tell you about th test a few weeks in advance and they are not extremely hard, but if you do not understand something... ask him and then write it down someplace where you won't forget it. He rarely gives out homework and he is a pretty relaxed teacher because he does not force you to write a lot on assignments, but he does not oppose it.
