The class is very informing. However, it is very important to keep yourself updated with the French material from prior levels, because it will keep popping up in higher level classes, which is great because you will definetely learn a lot of French.

Don't be afraid to ask questions. She is amazing and will happily answer and explain things to you clearly and concisely. Even though she only checks the HW notebook at the end of the unit, make sure to do it daily. This will ensure that you are caught up with the material and not falling behind. She posts review stuff if needed for the test.

Exams require a full-on dissertation of the provided readings. Classwork/homework is sometimes graded on accuracy, but the answers should be pretty easy to find in the text. DO NOT PROCRASTINATE on studying for tests!

Homework has a very low point value. Study from your quizzes when going into the test. Read through the textbook THOROUGHLY. Nothing in class is going to make sense anyway unless you're already pretty good at math and understanding all that stuff. Do all the review problems and focus especially on word problems if you already know the technical application. Guarantee that the calculator portion of the test will be comprised of mostly word problems.
