I've had her for the past 2 years (she got moved into 7th grade & then to 8th grade a year later), and you mostly just need basic study skills. She gives you everything you need for the tests in her lessons, so as long as you write detailed responses, take notes, do your homework (which is almost always given back later to be used for studying), & study for your tests you'll do great.

She's literally one of the best teachers I've ever had. Super kind, helps a lot in class when you're confused, and gives really good book recommendations! She's also a great person to go to if you have an issue that you need to report to an adult (like bullying).
