Take it easy. He does grade a bit harshly but will always hear you out and nanosat a higher grade. He's not very good a replying to emails but if you set up a time to see him or go during office hours he'll help you.

The content is really easy in this class. Put effort into it, and you can get something out of it and easily with an A.

Do the assignments if you are in health, don’t let them get behind even if you feel like you have time. Ms. Contino is very nice so she will likely give you needed time so just try to get them done.

Just pay attention, ask questions when you need to, go in for lunch if you need help, and just have fun. Mr. Dumas is a really nice and funny teacher and he always knows what he is doing. Overall, fantastic teacher, 10/10.

Do the Textivate that she gives to the class, you are guaranteed to do well if you do so. It might be boring, but make it fun yourself by trying to reach the leaderboard's top 3. Otherwise, I'm not sure what would be a better practice.

If you have any problems, speak to her because she is nice and funny. Try not to use your phone in class unless you want to get it taken. Teaching is average so make sure you pay a lot of attention. SOMETIMES grades harshly and other times she is extremely generous. Just speak to her if you have a problem with an assignment or your grade and she will bring it up.

Fun teacher; gets multiple pop culture references so careful, but to talk about the class, relatively easy if you do the reading (which are mostly 20 pages) and pay attention, it's easy cruising. Gives a lot of chances for retakes so even if you screw up, you can always fix it. Good classe.

Make sure to use the IB Bioninja website — there is a lot of self-studying required and some material tested is from units in IB Biology 1. There is a lot of memorization to be done and it is recommended to start on the IA early. Also, be sure to ask any questions in-person at lunch if the teacher is available.

-don't rely on the lessons to help you with your exam, because there aren't many lessons. You're going to have to learn most material yourself. -Make sure you understand everything to the best of of your ability. Ask questions, but you're probably not going to get a good answer. Still worth a try though. -HAVE FRIENDS! that's all you have in this class.
