Estimate about 1 hour per unit. Ms. Handy releases units to be done 1 a week. It is NOT a completion-based course, but the questions are mostly simple to solve if you watch the videos that go with it. You can always redo an assignment, however your score is an average of all your attempts.

Class of 2024
I found and signed up for RateMyTeachers as a joke, but then I found my school so I'm honestly reviewing my teachers. Ms. Handy is the health teacher. It's a pretty simple class--you join the Zoom call, you login to iHealth, you complete the nessecary lessons for the day, you ask questions as needed. It's pretty simple as it's "Watch the video and answer the multiple choice questions", but on Fridays we have to write a short one or two paragraph "essay" (that's what it's called, but it's easier than it sounds) on a "Brain Games" episode. This week was about taking risks. She also does this thing at the beginning of each class where she shows us a "Crush Your Goals" card. Basically said, these are little cyan-colored cards with an inspirational quote on it. She might also talk about other things related to health before letting us start on our iHealth (such as how to use this one thing to help someone who is unconscious from overdose), but these are informational, might save a life and it typically takes less than 5 minutes to hear.
