You have more control over your grade than you think you do! It is extremely useful to utilize Mr. Albiniak’s skill set for your growth and learning. Use the homework to your advantage, as well as your notes. Doing this will help you achieve a higher degree of success in his classes.

I would say the best things that you could do is to try and practice whenever you can, and try to have a good grip on more advanced music theory.

If you need help on something, ask Now. Knowledge is built upon and you need to stay with the pace of the class. Also don't expect an A if you're an average student. Not for AP chem. (but try! You may do better than you expected)

- Make sure to practice and be ready to play, bros - Don't really worry too much about the homework, but I'd still make sure to not turn it in late on the off chance he actually takes points off for it being late - Honestly, if you could make sure your instrument is in tune before class starts it might not make the warm-up process that drawn out and a grind to get through (still might tune your instrument for you though lol) - Don't be distracting by trying to secretly be on your phone or plucking (violins... ) - People in the orchestra are very fun and accepting, so the atmosphere is usually very fun (but it still is a class at the end of the day) - Make sure to respect and keep folders organized, as well as music lockers for instruments, making sure they are locked (can store whatever you want in them though, pretty much okay to use as a locker if you really want to) - Be ready for concert rehearsals and practice, and make sure you're dressed properly and yeah everything like that

If you feel behind then by far the best way to catch up is to come to his class in the morning. He comes there every day (except wednesdays) at around 7:05-7:10 and it gives you a good amount of time to do your work without going into support.

He is super funny and amazing he teaches a language so of course there is memorization and it can get hard but the teacher makes it really fun and he makes connections to things and he is almost always avalible for help if you need it and is understanding if you need more time for something thats really all I have to say in all he is just a great teacher and is really funny and the class itself is fun since not too many people take Chinese you are almost always in the same class every year you take it so you get to know your classmates well and everyone is really close in the end.

Creative Writing is a really interesting class that you can get a lot out of if you really put your mind to it. I would say the biggest piece of advice that I would give would be to ask for support when you need it. Creative Writing was very hard (and still is hard) for me because I have been so used to writing out literary analysis essays and research papers as opposed to anything remotely creative. The class is fun, but writing can be hard at times, so never hesitate to ask for support cause Mr. Lin is super nice.

In his physics class, don't be afraid to ask questions. If it's during a quiz/test, don't be afraid to ask him for clarification on a certain question. Also, be very active within his classes - it's very easy with him as a teacher to understand the material if you participate.

make three copies of all the homework sheets in the unit about one week before the test. use the first copy to make sure you know and understand how to do every single problem (use keys, ask teacher, ect). when doing the worksheets for the second time try not to use keys, when doing the worksheets for the last time, dont use keys, dont ask for help, and time yourself.

Mrs. Zwickert truly cares about her students and if you take the time and effort to reach out to her and explain your concerns or confusions, she will be more than willing to help you. Often I would see my peers not ask the help they needed from her. The classes that she teaches can go by fast and you really need to take the time each and everyday to do the homework assignments and ask the questions that you need to be asked, basically you need to actively participate to be successful.
