Make sure you stay organized and make sure to pay attention

You should take into account the types of problems on the homework and make sure you'd understand how to solve that particular type, since the tests and quizzes are just the homework problems with different numbers and variables.
Class of 2022
Don't only study what is in the books, but instead study the work sheets she hands out, as those will be on her tests. And pay close attention to what she teaches as every small detail is required to succeed in her class.

I usually hate math, but because of her, I'm actually having a lot of fun. Don't tell anyone though, I've got a reputation to uphold. She's good at teaching the material, and has an engaging personality.
Class of 2022
It would've been helpful if Ms. Hennessy could have slowed the amount of new material we learning in her class because by the end of the year it became very difficult to memorize all the new material she was teaching us all at once. We had no time to slow down and go over the confusion the class had because she would just keep moving on. This meant kids who didn't understand the material were falling behind and were unable to catch up due to how much more she kept adding.
