Make sure to complete the assignments on time, do not procrastinate.

Pay careful attention to details. It's a very memorization-heavy course, especially at a school where you do not have the benefit of having taking regular HS biology prior to taking the AP course. The class is very vell well-structured, so if you work hard and follow directions well, you will do well

Prepares you very well for the AP Chemistry exam and future chemistry college courses. Very conceptual and the units build on each other (ex. using stuff you learned in unit 1 in unit 3) so it's hard to forget things + the strong conceptual foundation it builds lasts long and helps you work out types of problems you might not have encountered before. There is more homework than other classes and it is challenging but that's just AP Chemistry for you. Do your homework every day (or almost every day) and go to her help sessions.
