Class of 2026
I had him for Precalculus Fast-Track (no longer exists after College Board added AP Precalculus). The grading breakdown is strict with 4-5 tests determining 80% of your quarter grade. Mr. Muir is a fair teacher as long you pay attention in class and complete your homework. Both midterms and finals are 50 straight forward multiple choices.
Class of 2022
Do the homework and ask for help if you need it. He is a great teacher. Makes the class fun while still teaching the material. He is really nice and understanding. He knows how much work and how stressful other classes are and is very understanding about our workload and compensate that.

I highly recommend taking a class with muir, he is truly an amazing teacher and person. He makes math fun and easy. He is great, one of my favorites at Edgewood.
