I’m had for 2 courses so it you have for Info Tech here you go: the course is just going over Microsoft word, PowerPoint, and excel. The material is light. All assignments are summative but that doesn’t mean anything when all of them are. For submitting assignments you have to put them in a file on the desktop which Mrs. Kumar can access. Principles of Finance: for this course you will be going over basic stuff about finance including the federal reserve. There are 3 projects. One where you will go to a bank and interview an employee about the banking system and how they work. The second is a research paper on Fintech companies (e. g. PayPal, Chime). These 2 projects are paired together where in the presentation for the bank you will include 2 slides on the fintech. The third project covers a part of the federal reserve. There are 6 topics and you will be assigned one in a group of 4 roughly. Research and present. Tests are summative and all assignments in class and homework are formative. Unlike her husband Dr. K, Mrs. Kumar is pretty strict with due dates.
