Always do your homework on time. It is very important because it is usually used the next day in class. This class uses a lot of preparation. Please make sure you're on task for at least this class because it is very noticeable when you tered'>dont have a good understanding of the topic. Kind of a transparent class in a way that if you're not doing your work thoroughly, it shows, so know the topics your studying. Being a freshman, It was a big switch from middle school, This class has extensive work so be ready for that because it can be overwhelming at times but looking back I think it was a good experience because it stretched me out of my comfort zone just enough. In the moment it seems impossible but 9th grade history truly had a positive impact on my school and studying abilities. Looking back. I definitely would have liked if I worked harder at having a true understanding. although its schoolwork, by the middle and end of te second semester I really truly soaked in the history and it felt kind of separated, like the work was one aspect and truly appreciating and understanding the history was another aspect. This class had a positive impact on me academically and personally.

The units in the class are often long, so the tests often cover a lot of information. Make sure to do the homework thoroughly and on time because Ms. Browner will take off points if the questions aren't answered well. There is a big emphasis on participation in the class, so make sure to always raise your hands and pay attention.

Be one of his favorites or take TV broadcasting. Otherwise he will not care about you at all. Just don’t take the class. It’s incredibly frustrating when you need help and he refuses to help.

If you take jewelry like I did, it doesn't really matter how much effort you put into the piece or how good it turns out. All that matters is that you follow her instructions and try to kinda stay under her radar. The class is a guaranteed 100% if you do this, but Ms Kore won't hesitate to give you low grades if she feels your behavior isn't up to par with her standards. Take advantage of the fact that this class affects your GPA as much as any of your core classes.

Ms. Lee is probably the best math teacher I've ever had. She is extremely organized and always gives us plenty of resources. Ms. Lee is always available to help students in class and she always offers extra help times. Homework is given almost every class, and the next class Ms. Lee always goes into detail on each problem.

Ms. Munson doesn't check to make sure you did the homework, but still do it anyway because it will help you a lot in class. She explains things very well in class and if you ever need help, ask her because she gives great advice. She gives very detailed comments on student work to help them know what they did wrong. Ms. Munson does assign a good amount of homework, but the material on the homework is always discussed in class.
