Kaitlyn Chabina was the best teacher I have ever had. Upon first impression she did not seem nice. You will learn to love her. She instilled a love for what I do in writing that I owe her my life for. Her focus on the struggle with conformity opened my eyes in a period of my life where I needed to think for myself, and it was elementary to the necessary thought processes I undergo today. I am sad to her go. I kid you not this class was way more to me than just Am Lit 2. It was a whole shift in my perspective on the world, the people in it, and how I manage myself. Our philosophical debates were so much bigger than what was happening in that classroom. I have confidence to say and do things that I never would have before. I feel sorry for the kids who did not have the opportunity to have her before she left our school. Thank You Ms. Chabina
