study constantly. NJROTC may be a replacement for pe but it is in no way easy. you have a lot of memorization you have to constantly do. from learning the phonetic alphabet, (alpha, bravo, charlie, echo, foxtrot, ext.. ). you also will have to remember the exact placements of instruments on the NSU uniform of your gender (and eventually both genders+ if you want to go up in the ranks. ). speaking of ranks you will have to spend a lot of personal time (after school, before school, and on weekends) to pass the class with 100%. this class requires you to march like an army eventually with show guns, have 15 hours of community service completed per semester, have could physical health scores, and you have to memorize everything that is given to you.
