In this class you learn a lot of stuff about video editing and some different programs. You also do fun video projects with classmates. In this class you have to pay attention because there is a lot of material you have to learn to be able to do the assignments and projects. During the class period he will teach you how to do certain things for the projects. He does not assign a lot of homework since the projects are split up into multiple parts and that’s what is considered homework. So do not slack when it comes to the assignments because if you miss on you are basically missing a part of a project. And if you miss a part of a project then it throws you off because you cannot continue without that part. One thing that I personally did not like at times because I'm a procrastinator, is that you would have to email him a lot to get things approved and that would take some time. Also he does not have tests, he has big projects that are due at the end of each semester. Overall this class was fun and very enjoyable thanks to the creative assignments.

This class overall s a very fun class, I've learned so many new things about how to edit videos and add sound affixes to them. There are many small projects as well in this class that gets you going editing videos and creating small mini movies/documentaries. In this class you are more independent, he tells you what to do, and you off to work. He also provides really helpful tutorials for your work like if you stuck on something with the project/homework. overall had a great experience in this class.

Learn how to share things on google drive and how to create folders. Every assignment is submitted through sharing a link, so knowing that is important. The assignments are fairly simple and Mr. Yacco puts together a step by step tutorial for each and every one, so reading and following directions is all you need to complete them. You can walk into his class knowing absolutely nothing about the subject and still be able to do them. He gives plenty of time in class to work on assignments, enough to not have homework and even work on assignments for other classes. If you still manage to fall behind, he has a very laid back late work policy.

In this class you just have to always do your work. You don't really need to memorize anything the teacher gives all the steps on what we need to do and how to. We don't really have tests its just small projects that we have to do. The class is overall fun. Also you get to learn a lot of things about how to make videos and also edit videos.

The class is good for anybody who is interested in the field of media. Taking this class will teach you the basics and EMP 2 is where it gets more advanced.
