A. P. E is a great place, you get to be with your teammates the whole time. We use this period as a study hall to get homework done. During the offseason, this period is used as a place to lift weights and work out. This free hour that we get from APE helps us prepare our bodies for practice, games, and overall goes a long way in helping us. Overall this class is great and the atmosphere is even better.

APE is a class athletes can take. It serves as a sort of study hall, which allows you to work on other assignments or to do independent study. Mainly for sports it allows for students to also have meetings with coaches. If there's no studying a lot of time spent is used for discussion. You can also follow up and receive help from others with grade checks. It creates an environment for you and your teammates.
