Personally speaking, I was not a fan of his class. Math has always been one of my biggest weaknesses and that is probably one of the reasons why I didn't like it but another reason is because of the way he teaches. From my experience, it was not for me and I wish that it could've been a little bit more organized. I also wished that he didn't cut classes early for us to do things on our own because it wouldn't keep me engaged. For advice though, I believe that you should just pay attention, study formulas, and PRACTICE your weaknesses.
Mr. Villas class is great there a lot to do, but it is algebra 2 so you have to memorize things and make sure that you get them done, but if you don't get any of whats going on Mr. Villa is always there to help student and there grades in the class. But all in all his class is great.
For Mr. Villa math class you must take notes in the best way you can because notes will help you study for the test. You will have warm-ups everyday in the beginning for class that can be hard and challenging. The math tests are like math tests honestly, 100 points can be hard if you don't understand stuff and can be easy if you understand stuff. I would say that ask for help if you don't understand, he will make sure that you understand the topic and actually help you.
Take good notes that will help you memorize things because it'll benefit you for the tests.
