For AP Literature, we were all well prepared for the AP exam, as we practiced for it throughout the entire year. From start to finish, we wrote different types of essays and practiced multiple choice tests in the AP format. He had a sophisticated system to prepare us, which meant we also did other activities, like reviewing previous exams and focusing on only a thesis one day or only the structure on another day. If you are able, get this teacher for this class because you will be ready for your exam and able to think in a more complex way.

Mr. Boyatt is understanding and insightful, and he is obviously very passionate about what he does. He enjoys speaking with his students and loves a good laugh. In terms of the class, I felt that he prepared me for the test and fulfilled the objective of the class better than anyone else in my 13 years of school. As a person, he is the teacher you want to do that with.
