He doesn’t do regular testing (there are no memorization or written answers). His ‘assessments’ are basically a conversation between you and him where you explain what you know about the subject. If you respect him and the class and do what you’re supposed to, it’s nearly impossible to get anything less than a %100 in his class.

He’s a great guy! Easy and fun to talk to, and he makes a point of how his experience in school was unfair for him in his past, and works hard to make the class good and fair for students who have a lesser writing, reading, etc. ability than some others. All-around awesome mentor, when you talk to him it’s like you’re talking to a best friend. Definitely my favorite teacher I’ve ever had.
