Use the study resources on canvas to your advantage, they make reviewing the material a lot more tolerable and engaging. Also, remember the class uses a four point grading scale, so it is harder to fail and get an A, and easier to land on a B or C. Many kids ignore her instructions and use english in class, but you'll be glad if you try to speak spanish or spanglish.

Class of 2022
Ms. Salis is very charismatic and energetic, but a lot of her teaching methods, such as her slide presentations, are not engaging. If you simply sit in class and doze off, there is no chance you'll succeed, so you need to do extra work on your own to drill in all of the different tenses... they're challenging! She also offers loads of review games and quizlets on her canvas modules, and tries to incorporate as much latin american culture as she can into the class.
