WONDERFFULLL teacher, based off of my export certificate in Algebra 1, she is an amazing teacher and so funny. She always answered questions and was always available during break to tutorial for extra help. She is extremely kind and wonderful at teaching 20/10. To study for assessments i recommend redoing the homework a few times and using previous homework as an answer key. Her final exams are very reasonable just do the study guide.
One of the most fun classes that you can take at Leland. The class challenges your creativity, allowing you to build and make whatever your heart desires. Great energy in the classroom, and is an excellent, fun, and caring teacher who leads it. One of my favorite classes ever.
The final is relatively easy compared to the tests, and has only Grammar, Culture, and Reading on it. Tests have everything learned in the chapter. Her directions are often really unclear, but she's a pretty good teacher for teaching. It's a really hard class, and I don't think anyone had an A+ this year, and even then only like 6 people or less had an A in all the periods combined. Quizzes tend to just be word for word changes. Also, always study the R page before vocab quizzes cause she might just randomly put it on a vocab quiz out of nowhere and not say anything.
AMAZING AND FUN CLASS. He splits the tests into three scores: Study Guide (1/2 of the Total Score), MC (35%), and FRQ (15%). As long as you do the Study Guide, you're practically guaranteed at least a 70% + on each test. Make sure to follow along with each lesson, keep up, and you'll do more than fine in this class. I finished with a 98% first semester and a 99% second semester.
The class itself will make you SUCH a better writer. The class is hard, but keep up with each lesson and practice, practice, practice. By following each lesson and class, and the much-needed practice essays, & peer editing, you're going to become such a better writer,
