For finals, she always has a study guide that almost resembles the finals, only the numbers are different. All the homework assigned is optional, and you can use them on quizzes. Not all lessons from all units will be on the semester 1/2 finals. Every resource she shares in class is provided in Canvas. All her quizzes are half the size of actual tests, and for each unit one quiz and one test is given.

Since none of the material you cover during class will actually be on the test, and the only actual teaching he does during class is the warm-up, the entire course is basically how well can you self study. Not once has this teacher actually held a meaningful hour and a half long lecture, as his classes mostly consist of a 15 minute warm-up, maybe a 5 minute maximum very shallow explanation of a concept, then an hour and 10 minutes or so strictly to work on homework. Major tip of advice - If you love physics, do not take this class. Take AP Physics instead, you won't regret it.

ALWAYS make flash cards and take notes. When studying for finals review notes a few times and review flash cards once the flash cards are super helpful. He’s a very nice guy you just need to be nice to him. Beginning of semester one was hard b it i got the hang of it and semester two i ended with a 96. Don’t be afraid to ask questions or ask for help because he does answer them in real life but NEVERR replies to emails.

This isn't a regular A-G course, but simply a class that helps you prepare for speaking in front of large crowds. It challenges your ability to go out of your comfort zone, as well as learning life skills that are applicable in every aspect of your life. Highly recommended class.

The class is paced very slowly and can drag on for a really long time. Always be prepared to be called on. Tests can be slightly more difficult than material covered in class because he uses Ms. Kat's tests. There isn' much studying required to do well in precalc, especially if you took accelerated algebra two last year.

WONDERFFULLL teacher, based off of my export certificate in Algebra 1, she is an amazing teacher and so funny. She always answered questions and was always available during break to tutorial for extra help. She is extremely kind and wonderful at teaching 20/10. To study for assessments i recommend redoing the homework a few times and using previous homework as an answer key. Her final exams are very reasonable just do the study guide.

Participate often, be sure to do work for other classes and use your time wisely. Unlike other mainstream teachers, he isn't that much of a pain to deal with due to how chill and cool he is. Plus, he does stuff on Fun Friday every Friday, too, making them stand out more than your average mainstream teacher.

AMAZING AND FUN CLASS. He splits the tests into three scores: Study Guide (1/2 of the Total Score), MC (35%), and FRQ (15%). As long as you do the Study Guide, you're practically guaranteed at least a 70% + on each test. Make sure to follow along with each lesson, keep up, and you'll do more than fine in this class. I finished with a 98% first semester and a 99% second semester.

Currently in the class, my favorite by far. While the material itself is relatively hard, keep up with the new graphs for the FRQ, as well as studying Collegeboard and the slides (posted on Canvas) for the MCQ. MCQ is 66% of the test grade, and FRQ is 34%. At the beginning of the year, you also do a stock game with everyone enrolled in the class (my favorite part by far).

The class itself isn't hard. It's tests and quizzes are. The quizzes and tests are the bane to every student's existence and are probably the hardest tests I have experienced so far. It's really hard to study for them because the work and the tests aren't proportional to each other. For example, you learn basic addition (1 + 1), on the test do, 198+356 + (-123/85). I wish that it was more proportional, not that it's hard, that's all.

The class itself was relatively easy. Follow along and do all the work assigned. Read the books thoroughly. If you don't do well on a quiz, study it for the next time. Quizzes tend to use the same format throughout the entire year.

It's a good bit of memorizations but other than that, you should be fine. Chemistry is mostly a logic-based endeavor with lots of rules. Remember the rules and the exceptions. Otherwise, the class is a breeze.

There are study guides on quizlet by a guy named "Birdiewatcher". It's not cheating because it's publicly available information given by the AP board. Those quizzes and tests are not hers but are by an Administrative Board. Despite it, do the reading logs and study. You don't have to do too much but it's still good (at least from what i'm doing rn)

For those who aren't familiar with Spanish I/II basics, this will be a difficult course for you. Each unit goes by relatively quickly. Stand-up tests were the scariest. Tests were hard, but tutorials are always open and she's happy to help. Study A LOT out of class; once I started doing this, the class felt a lot easier and bearable.

If you didn't have bio honors with her, it's tougher. Taking notes on concepts she explains during lectures will help a lot in quizzes. For quizzes, study every concept and detail. Final reuses some MC test questions. Will prepare you for AP test.

This class is not predictable AT ALL! One day we will be blowing up stuff and doing cool experiments and others he will just be yelling at you. He will usually not give much homework, HOWEVER, if a test is coming up expect PACKETS of work to be due. He is also very unpredictable and unorganized about his due dates, just finish everything the day it is given because he will switch his mind up about due dates!!!

She is a very good english teacher and always precise about how she wants her essays done! Expect lots of practice essays and lots and lots of revisions. She also usually has classroom discussions and often makes connections about what we are learning to the real world. Homework can sometimes be overbearing so beware!
