participate a lot, try to be on her good side, practice your French speaking at home to prepare for this class

For 1-2, do the work, take notes, and PARTICIPATE. It feels good when you get praised by Madame in front of the class.
Class of 2019
For 1-2 and 5-6, just pay attention, participate, and do the work (grading should be fine if you do that). For AP, there's a lot of work, but your grade is more dependent on tests and writing. Practicing a lot of AP prompts will help.

Class of 2020
McNabb in general is an okay teacher but as one of her non-favorites, I can tell you that she sometimes purposely ignores you. I didn't like French but I survived her class with all A's. She is a relatively nice teacher but she just doesn't give students a fair opportunity to participate (which is a large part of the class) due to her strong bias and favoritism towards the people that are naturally better at French.
