Very high in writing and memorization, lots of work but still manageable. This class is not as bad as people say definitely prepared me for high school. Also love Bocca a very great teacher but also fast pace so remember to keep up and do your work. Please do your response journals and ALWAYS study for tests and quizzes.

She is a really nice teacher and is very approachable. Make sure you pay attention in class and write down the material she puts on the board. Make sure to not forget any of the stuff she says in class and participate in class.

Make sure to fully understand the topic, and do your own research. He is alright at teaching and is pretty nice, so you can get lots of help from him if needed. Also, do very well on projects and make sure to do the homework in case you fail on the tests (there are a lot of long tests).

Make sure you are always organized because even though she's relatively lenient, you still will want to be prepared for quizzes, assignments, tests, projects, etc. Especially because she usually lets you know about such things ahead of time, which I found great!

This is a math class, and honestly, if you're in Accelerated Mathematics, the whole curriculum should be a breeze. The teacher is quite tolerant, so this is a period where you can converse with classmates, but make sure to do it quietly. Also: she assigns homework from the textbook, but she won't allow you to do homework in class except on certain days. However, there is a bookshelf full of these textbooks on the right side of the room, so you can grab a ruler, swipe a book on your way back, and finish the homework during class so you have none at home.

From a student - The class does teach you the basics of Scratch, and you are given a lot of opportunities to show your creativity with certain projects, although there wasn't much interaction with other coding programs. Practice doing Scratch over the weekends, use the tutorials and reference slides to help you, and search up guidance videos for when you are confused about what to do. This is only when you're stuck and need a tiny bit of inspiration (no mimicking it completely). Do NOT copy other people's projects. Like, AT ALL. Also, search up aesthetic pictures for inspiration on projects. Peace out.

This class is quite a handful and likely will be the hardest period in your 7th-grade year. After almost every major assignment or test, I was sure that I would get a score around the 80s, and I always waited in anticipation for the grades to come out. For all of these assignments, I pulled off a 90 or higher, so there's no use in stressing about the grades she gives. Your friends will likely tell you about how hard the class is and intimidate you, but as long as you put in a lot of effort, she'll recognize it and you will be graded accordingly. The hardest part of the class is near the end of the year when you read the book Tangerine by Edward Bloor. The annotations aren't too hard. You might need to stay up late a couple of nights to catch up, but as long as you don't have any time-consuming extracurriculars, there's no need to worry about it. The grade you get on the annotations really varies from person to person, as I have seen classmates try their best and receive low grades, so make sure to pay extra attention when she gives directions. The essay and the annotations will heavily influence your grade, so honestly, my recommendation is to get the book "Tangerine" by Edward Bloor at the beginning of the school year, read it, and read it thoroughly. You need to analyze the plot very deeply, and think about the choices each character makes, because it's noticing things like these that make or break your essay.

Robert Rodriquez's class was a breath of fresh air. The class is very fun, enjoyable, and very interesting. I never wrote down a single note in the class and finished the year with straight A's. The homework in this class is great. It's always manageable, and if you write enough, you'll get a full score. Even on days when he assigns extra pages or sentences, it's Social Studies, so it's easy to write a ton about it. The only thing you really need to worry about in the first semester is the assignments. Finish them with good effort, and you'll do well. However, in the second semester, you may need to reread the text, but that's it. The most challenging aspect of the class is reading comprehension, so don't worry about this class. If you're also in Mrs. Lu's class, spend more time on her assignments. You'll need it. The only time you need to spend more effort on this class is the night before a test.

If you're in this class, get on your knees and thank the lord, because you're one lucky student. This class is by far the easiest 7th-grade science class in Chaboya Middle School. Just finish your work quickly on your Chromebook, and you can play games or talk with your tablemates to your heart's desire. The projects and labs are fun and interesting, the classroom has a cozy atmosphere, and the teacher clearly does her best in the class.

This is by far one of the best electives in chaboyya. Mr. Trent is super nice and approachble. You have to take notes at the beginning of the class and there will be an open note test on the notes. There are also a lot of trivia games where if your table gets the right answer you get candy.

If you get Ms. Vu you are super lucky. She lets you turn in late work at any time (you just have to turn it in before the quarter ends. Her assignments are super easy. You can go to her room at lunch, chill, draw, or play games on the computers. All the tests are super easy and they are all open notes
