Study the vocabularies and memorize them to the best of your abilities. Do and turn in your assignments on time.

Due to some language barrier, it is best for you to know a good amount of Chinese because sometimes communicating with him is a bit of confusion. That being said, talk to him in Chinese as much as possible. He rarely gives homework as most are classwork. If you don't finish, then you can finish it at home. Memorization is very important for dialogues. Overall, it is a relaxing class but you do not necessarily learn much from him.
