Do your homework, ask for help, and study the vocabularies and rhetorical strategies as well. Never wait for the last minute to do your thesis or any types of writing.

This class may require you to spend a lot of time on the assignments, but as well as you can manage your time you can finish it. Late passes and extensions are there for you if you really need them. Note that using a late pass will drop the assignment grade by 10% for each day late. Extensions allow up to a week to turn in and does not drop the assignment grade like late passes do. In addition, Ms. Gates is a nice and fun teacher!
